• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the platform for any purpose without our express written permission
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate results, leaderboards, or prediction scores
• Use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in competitions

The EPL Prediction Game platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the EPL Prediction Game and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the EPL Prediction Game.

Users may post comments, predictions, profile information, and other content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.

You grant the EPL Prediction Game a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your user content on our platform.

In no event shall the EPL Prediction Game, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
3. Any content obtained from the platform
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
